Healing Hut Surviving to Thriving Healthy Weight Program 2019
We are so excited to announce that the Surviving to Thriving healthy weight program is back this year. In previous years, many participants lost over 60 pounds, learned healthy eating habits, were taught the important principles of loving their bodies and knowing that they are enough. (AND KEPT IT OFF)
This program is aimed at those people who feel like they are doing every thing right, but are still struggling with bloating, swelling, pounds that continue to come on even regardless of eating right and exercising.
Often weight management has more to do with the below points than diet and exercise:
-Hormone dysfunction
-Thyroid health
-Adrenal fatigue
-Eating food intolerances and allergies
-Sleep hygiene
-Nutrient levels
-Decreased metabolism
-Insulin resistance
We at the Healing Hut Clinic have watched pounds melt off patients as the metabolism improves, adrenal fatigue is fixed, nutrient levels are optimized, food intolerances are eliminated and mentality is corrected.
This program includes:
-An initial visit with a Practitioner
-Hormone panel testing
-Blood work to check thyroid, nutrient levels, insulin and more
-Food intolerance testing with a custom food plan done for patients
-Body composition testing
After the above information is taken care of, the patient will come in weekly for:
-Check in and measurements
-Exercise counseling
-Shake plate
-Sauna
-Oxygen therapy
-Injection of fat melting nutrients
-The emotional re-balancing sessions focused on self love and healthy habits
This program was designed not only to fix the metabolism but also to help people understand how their body works and what is causing inflammation within their own system.
